Personnel Search and Selection

Carrying out the projects of recruitment, we do not expect that the right candidate will send us his resume. Often we do not even post the information about the positions in the media.

For searching Candidates we use the method of Executive search that involves a systematic process when the searching area is defined and systematically worked out.

Our process for Selecting Candidates includes the following stages.

  • We start from the studying of Customer’s business and its needs.
  • Defining the searching area (countries, industries, companies, positions) and systematically working through it by communication with potential Candidates and presenting them a vacancy
  • Analyzing the experience, professional results and motivation of Candidates.
  • Getting the recommendations.
  • On behalf of Clients we are negotiating employment and accompany Candidates after they start to work for the Customer.

To improve the efficiency of work, we use a dedicated CRM system that allows us to track all occasions with the Candidates and apply the previous experience of communication with them.
